Welcome to Happy Heart Health.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience.
1. Appointments and Cancellations:
Booking Confirmation: Appointments are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message (via WhatsApp or phone).
Cancellations: We understand that life happens. However, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Since there is limited space available, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may cause the loss of space for an appointment and would have to fall in line for a apointment.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.
2. Medical & Health Disclosure (Important)
As a practice led by a professional nurse, your safety is our top priority.
Full Disclosure: You are required to disclose full details of your medical history, allergies, current medications, and any known skin conditions prior to treatment.
Liability for Non-Disclosure: Happy Heart Health will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information.
Right to Refuse Treatment: Sr. Marna Olivier reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment (such as CO2 Laser or Permanent Makeup) if she deems it medically unsafe for the client (e.g., active infections, pregnancy, or specific contraindications). This decision is final and is made for your safety.
3. Payment Terms
Methods: We accept [Cash / Card / EFT].
Timing: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honored.
4. Service Guarantees & Refunds
No Refunds on Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical services, we do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been completed.
Rectifying Issues: If you are unhappy with a beauty treatment (e.g., nails or lashes), please notify us within 3 days. We will assess the situation and, if the fault lies with our application, we will offer a repair free of charge.
Results: Aesthetic results (especially Laser and Permanent Makeup) vary from person to person due to skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we guarantee professional application, we cannot guarantee specific biological results.
5. Aftercare
Compliance with aftercare instructions is crucial for the success of treatments like CO2 Laser, PMU, and Wound Care.
Happy Heart Health is not responsible for complications, infections, or poor retention of pigment caused by the client’s failure to follow the provided aftercare advice (e.g., picking scabs, wetting lashes too soon, exposing treated skin to the sun).
6. Health & Safety Protocol
Hygiene: We adhere to strict clinical hygiene standards. All tools are sterilized or disposable.
Children & Guests: As this is a home-based studio using medical-grade equipment (lasers/needles), and for the relaxation of other clients, we kindly request that you do not bring small children or extra guests to your appointment unless arranged in advance.
Right of Admission: We reserve the right of admission. Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Indemnity
By booking a service, you indemnify Happy Heart Health and Marna Olivier against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the treatments, except where such loss is due to proven gross negligence on our part.
