MY STORY:

My life has always been driven by a single, simple purpose: a desire to help others. That calling led me into the world of nursing, where I proudly spent 37 years caring for the sick, the vulnerable, and those in need of healing.

But my story isn't just about the nursing duties; it is also about the heart of a mother.

As a mother of 4, I learned early on that love often looks like sacrifice. When my two eldest children were accepted into university, I knew I had to find a way to support their dreams. To make ends meet, I started a "side hustle" doing nails in the evenings and on weekends.

What started as a way to pay tuition fees quickly turned into something much more profound. As I sat across from women at my nail table, holding their hands and listening to their stories, I realized that this, too, was a form of care. I wasn't just fixing nails; I was restoring confidence. I fell in love with the beauty industry and the immediate joy it brought to my clients.

Recently, I hung up my nursing uniform and retired from formal service, but my desire to help hasn't faded — it has evolved. I decided to combine my medical background with my passion for aesthetics. I expanded my education, mastering lash extensions, CO2 laser therapy, permanent makeup, and advanced beauty treatments.

Today, Happy Heart Health is the result of that journey. It is where my 37 years of medical experience meets my love for beauty. Whether I am checking your blood pressure or perfecting your brows, my goal remains exactly what it was when I started all those years ago: to make sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
